• Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the subscription or premium service has been activated or used.

• Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical issues caused by our system.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the purchase, along with a valid payment receipt.

Cancellation
